For the last edition of Pivot East 2012, Uganda was represented by 4 applications of which 2 of them got to win $10,000 prize money. This year, Pivot East is coming to Kampala and Richard Zulu of Outbox Hub says He said that a desire to see an increase in the number of applications from Uganda is hoped for.
