Having initially launched their first smartphone in Africa in 2013, Infinix has continued its prodigious growth and penetration into a difficult market through unusual marketing and sales avenues. A large percentage of smartphone users in Africa has opted for Infinix phones due to its affordability and premium feel; giving reason for the argument that Infinix Mobility is “The King of the African Smartphone market”. Infinix operates in 11 countries including Uganda, Kenya, Benin, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Egypt, Ghana, Nigeria, Morocco, Togo, and Zambia. Below is a list of the devices available on the continental market. Infinix S2 Pro (X522) This is the latest release from Infinity Mobility and is the next in line after the Hot S. It is a a Dual Micro-SIM Smartphone which runs on Android OS, v6.0 (Marshmallow) with a 5.2 inch IPS LCD with 2.5D Arc Glass. It is powered by a 1.3 Ghz 64-Bit Octa Core MediaTek MT6753 Processor and Mali-T720 MP2 GPU along with 32 GB ROM and 3 GB RAM. It features a 13 MP rear camera and a dual of 13+8 MP front cameras. It comes with a fingerprint sensor on the back cover, with a 3000mAh battery power. The device  also supports GPRS, EDGE, 4G LTE, WIFI, Bluetooth, and GPS connectivity.

Infinix Note 3 (X601) The Infinix Note 3 is a Dual Micro SIM smartphone with Android OS 6.0 Marshmallow, with XOS. It comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory expandable to 128 GB. It runs on an Octa-core chipset at 1.3 GHz, powered by a 4500mAh capacity battery. It has 6-inch screen display with HD, 13 MP camera for taking sharp pictures in dim conditions and 5MP Front-facing camera for selfie-action. Not forgetting, a fingerprint scanner for security lock.

Infinix Note 3 Pro (X601) The Note 3 Pro is a twin device to the Note 3 with slight differences in the RAM, Camera sensors and connectivity. The Note 3 Pro comes with an improved 3GB of RAM, a 16 MP rear camera and 8.0 MP front camera. The rest of the features and specifications are the same. Infinix Hot 4 (X557) The Hot 4 is also a Dual Micro SIM smartphone with Android 6.0 Marshmallow, with XOS. It comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory expandable to 32GB. It runs on MT6580 Quad Core Cortex; at 1.3GHz and is powered by a 4000mAh battery. It has 5.5 Inch HD screen display, 8.0 MP rear camera and 5 MP Front-facing camera. It also comes with a fingerprint scanner.

Infinix Hot 4 Lite (X557) The Hot 4 Lite is indeed a Lite version of the Hot 4 X557, with close to the same specifications, though the Hot 4 Lite comes with 1 GB of RAM compared to the 2 GB of the Hot 4; and it has no fingerprint scanner, which its sibling has.

Infinix Zero 4 (X555) The Zero 4 is a Dual Micro SIM smartphone running on Android OS 6.0 Marshmallow, with XOS. It comes with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM expandable to 128 GB. It runs on a Media Tek MT6753 Octa-core chipset at 1.3 GHz, powered by a non-removable Li-Ion 3200 mAh battery. It has 5.5 inch Full HD screen display, 16 MP camera, with laser autofocus and LED flash. The front-facing camera is 8.0 MP for selfie-action.It has a fingerprint scanner on the back cover for security.

Infinix Zero 4 Plus (X602) However much this is a Pro version of the Zero 4 device, The Zero 4 Plus differs in a number of aspects. It comes with a rear camera sensor of 20.7 MP and a front-faced camera of 13 MP. The internal memory is boosted by a 64 GB ROM, powered by a non-removable Li-Ion 4000 mAh battery. It runs on a Helio X20 (MT6797M), a 2.1 Ghz Deca Core 64-bit Processor, at a fast 4 GB of RAM. It’s Bluetooth connectivity is on v4.2, compared to v4.1 for the Zero 4, and its OS is upgrade-able to Android 7.0 Nougat. Infinix Zero 3 (X552)
